I am Anne, virtually more know as Arlene, my nickname. I learned knitting at school, but didn't like it very much. I found it rather boring and thought it's better to hate it and had a break for about 20 years. ;o)

Over 20 years later I explored the online "knitting universe". I found out that knitting can be very relaxing and almost meditative. There are countless techniques to create breathtaking garments. Unique and far away from being boring.

Now I have turned into an obsessive knitter who loves to knit. lace. different.
