• All products are provided electronically, so there are no shipping costs on downloadable patterns.

• The patterns are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order. Arlene’s World of Lace reserves the right to modify the prices.

• The patterns are available in english and german. You don’t need to choose any language. You will get both.

• Payment is made via PayPal. Once payment is approved, an email confirmation will be sent which includes instructions for retrieving downloads. You will get two e-mails (one for each language) with a link which will guide you to the purchased patterns.

• Because of getting your purchased pattern(s) immediately, there is no possibility to return the items.

• Downloads are provided in PDF and can be opened with the Adobe Acrobat Reader program. If you do not have it, it can be downloaded for free here: Acrobat Reader.

• The patterns are for personal, noncommercial use only. All other uses require prior permission of the author. This includes distribution of this pattern through electronic or print media. You may print copies of this pattern for personal use, but do not re-sell them.

• Arlene’s World of Lace is committed to protecting your privacy. I only record your name and email details for book keeping reasons. I do not disclose this information to any third parties.

It will be effective only under the laws of Germany. In case of invalidity of any term above mentioned, validity of other terms is not affected.
